Nice Economical release, great for throwing in your pack as a backup
This release is great value with simplistic design. Great for starting with release or keeping in your pack for an emergency backup.I have taken about a hundred shots with it on a 70# bow and have not had any issues and the mechanism feels pretty durable. The strap is very adjustable in length and feels comfortable on the wrist. It is velcro so there is some noise that you may not want while hunting.I plan on keeping this as a backup release in my pack for hunting for when I inevitably forget my release and don’t end up wasting a sit.

Releases ok, but trigger is uncomfortable and a bit sharp
The release is a good value and works. Certainly not as smooth of a release as my name brand releases, but good enough that I will keep in my hunting backpack as a backup. Comfortable wrist strap.

    Good for the price
Simple and effective. The straps aren’t perfectly sized for my wrist, but it gets the job done. I’d like more strap overlap than 1 inch, but that’s how this is designed and it is sufficient. The trigger has adequate retention and a reliable pull. This isn’t a luxury trigger by any means, but it’ll save my fingers and steady my shots, improving accuracy and extending sessions, and that’s what it’s meant to do. The composite material feels very tough, I think it’s a fine choice for the purpose. Solid value for the price. Definitely a safer shot than finger pulls.

Release shaft is not adjustable length
It fits nice around my wrist however the release shaft is not extendable so it’s a bit short for my needs but will be fine as a backup in my truck in case I forget my good one.

    Smooth Release
I’m not an expert at using a bow or any bow accessories and was curious how well this type of release would work.I wasn’t let down at all. This release works great and is silky smooth.I really like how the straps are angled for comfort. The materials and stitching are of good durable quality. I have no fear of the wristband falling apart or sliding off my wrist when pulling back the string.Pretty slick device, glad I got it!Note: 5-Star ratings from me represents that a product meets and/or exceeds my personal expectations for and not limited to functionality, build quality and price.

  6. Coderpitt

Inexpensive release with minimal adjustment and a cheap feel.
It works, and I used it on a bow 30-50 arrows before leaving the review. The mouth of the release is fairly narrow with no adjustment. It didn’t have any issues clamping onto my servings, but it could be difficult to clamp onto a dloop. The trigger of the release has sharp edges. If I was going to use it more, then I’d probably file it to round it off. The strap makes a secure fit around my large wrist (>8″ circumference). That being said it has a cheap feel to the strap. There is minimal adjustment on the shaft and no adjustment on the release to help customize the settings. Basically, it is a simple trigger release. I cannot comment on the longevity of it.

  7. Nathaniel Horn

    Really nice string release
No more s curving arrows as they slide off my leather finger tab. This thing releases the arrow straight out with no oscillation making the arrow stable sooner and more accurate. Plus, it just feels good. I highly recommend this.

  8. TwoHands

Holds secure with soft but predictable release.
First time using a wrist release like this and I now prefer this type. The strap is very secure and fits my 9 inch wrist with no trouble. About the trigger itself- there is a long take up before you hit a predictable but soft wall in the pull. Once you hit the wall you are committed as the trigger does not spring back but you can push it forward. You may may not like the feel of the trigger at first but you do get used to it and know when the string will release. The machine work is acceptable and I enjoy using it. Compared to my firearm triggers it’s terrible- but I can shoot well with a bad trigger. 4 stars for the overall execution, 3 stars for trigger feel
