Damn good glove per the husband
So I guess this must be a great glove. Husband seems to think it is from using another man’s glove in a game. Price obviously not a factor for him. I personally know Nada about these things other than how they are made and what their purpose is. Have no idea why they cost so much.Anyeho let’s touch on the “key points”Functionality – Husband loves it, says functions well.. Says “ya I used so n sos glove and man that thing was great” said some other stuff about the glove but I am currently dealing with some life PTSD and ADHD that did not allow me to retain or even listen to wjat else he said. But he bought it so it’s good for now.The quality of the leather is great and well made. Stitching is good after inspection. I mean these are made by mass production, so can’t really say oh so n so sewed that stitch like a pro. I can say that computer programming on the machine that sewed was spot on.Husband like the feel and comfort on his hand. Again I know nothing so going by his words.I guess he also likes how in breaks in from the way he slaps the ball in it and makes a “that’s cool or maybe that’s niceeeee” face.Ease of break-in is good. Very smooth from again the oh so satisfied look on his face. I don’t give him the same feeling or look I guess. Who knows.So ya, if you like spending money on gloves this one is a good fit for you also.

Purchased the 13″ version of the glove. I have XL hands and a little tight – loosening up as I break it in. This a very good glove, but it does not come game ready (few do). Use it as my warmup glove to break it in. Have about 200 catches in it (on top of using a softball on a dowel rod and slapping it into the glove while watching tv a few hundred times) and nearly game ready. It’s my backup from when my 15 year old glove finally fails me.

This is a really good glove. I would say that it’s pro quality. Please know that it’s not a real easy break in, but well worth the time and effort. If you only play a game occasionally, it’s probably not for you, but if you are a “” ballplayer”, you have found your glove. Please break it in right. Don’t take any short cuts and do stupid things like putting it in the microwave or the oven or soaking it in a bucket of water. Take the time and do it right. Use a “little” glove oil and work it over and over and throw a ball into it until your hands get tired. After a few days, it will start giving in. You will be rewarded with a great glove that will last for years.
