Background of EX-G Series Development

“EX-G” is Exactly-Grip Ergonomic.

ELECOM aimed to develop a long-selling model representing what can be used by all users. Mouse was promoted as an ergonomically designed mouse even before the birth of the EX-G, However, none of these models specifically explained what points they were designed with particular focus on. We focused on the skeletal structure and muscles of the fingers, which are the key to operating a mouse, in our search for the ultimate in grip comfort. After dozens of trials and studies, we have finally achieved a shape that is satisfactory.

    Absolutely Stellar
    This mouse is the most comfortable mouse I own.I purchased six mice from various companies and this one is my absolute favorite, so much so that I had to buy a second one. When I saw that the wired version wasn’t available, I had to go with the wireless, which is a little bit more expensive, still worth the price.I have a computer desk job so this has alleviated a lot of my wrist and hand pain. I keep checking the listing and the prices seem to be going up. The first one I purchased was only $19.99. I guess that’s like anything now. Wish I knew how much I liked it, I would’ve bought two right then in there.

    Good product. We tend to recommend this mouse or those similar for desk workers with elbow and/or shoulder pains as the angle seems to really help.

    ELECOM Wireless Ergonomic Mouse – Persistent Lagging Solved
    Hello…this review is for the ELECOM Wireless Ergonomic Mouse. I found another review that suggested the Mouse receiver is affected by interference which causes the intermittent lagging. The reviewer stated that using a shielded USB port solves the problem.I now have the mouse receiver connected to a 1 ft USB-A extension cable I had. There no longer is intermittent lagging, although the mouse on occasion stops responding, requiring a computer restart.I am updating my rating to 5 stars, minus 1 star for the need for a USB-A extension cable, and the occasional restart. Overall I am now very satisfied with this mouse.Original Review******************Despite the 5 stars I want to give the mouse for it’s Ergonomic design and size options (the large size is perfect for me), the mouse is basically unusable for any extended sessions on your computer. At some point, the mouse no longer responds to moving the cursor, which makes it unusable. It is extremely frustrating when you cannot control the mouse in the middle of browsing, working, etc.It’s unfortunate because the physical design of the mouse is very good. I am only giving this mouse 2 Stars because in the final assessment, if the mouse stops responding, it’s not worth any significant rating.

    Perfect Everything!
    This is a perfect left-handed mouse. The tilt is exactly what I need for my carpal tunnel and it fits perfectly in the size of my hand. I got the medium based off of the measurements they provide and the size is absolutely spot-on. I am a female with somewhat smaller hands. I’ve had this for about 6 months and I’ve had no issues with it.

    Odd Shape Not Great
    The shape of the Elecom mouse is comfortable, although it is definitely less comfortable than the Logitech Performance MX I’ve used for the last 15 years. It definitely felt odd when I first started using it, it took a few days to get used to. My hand still slides down the back of it from time to time. The thumb buttons are a bit too far back for me as well, I can barely reach the back button without moving my entire hand back on the mouse. The large is just about the same size as my Logitech Performance MX but it has more angle where the main buttons are which turns your hand into a more neutral position. It’s not as extreme an angle as a vertical mouse but it’s the same general concept. Clicks are very quiet, barely perceivable. Scrolling is fast enough, but nowhere near as fast as the Logitech Performance MX, this is a major drawback for me.There are no precut replacement skate pads available like there are for the Logitech MX Master 2S and 3S. If the mouse lasts long enough to need them replaced universal cut-your-own are the only option.I do not like the mouse (could be the wrong size) and will most likely stop using it.

    Interesting design that seems well made!
    Takes a little getting used to the shape, but it’s very nice once you do. Great price given the quality! I bought this after the last 2 Logitech mice I purchased had issues with the primary mouse button after about a year or so. Hoping this does better in the longevity department. Seems like the quality of everything has been going down!

    Disappointing and inaccurate, not recommended.
    The performance of this mouse is extremely poor. It is highly inaccurate for fine movements, making it useless for graphical tools where precision is crucial. Additionally, its erratic operation makes even simple tasks, such as highlighting text in any editor, frustrating because the pointer does not respond properly.I switched to this model after using a MEETION mouse, which, although very vertical and slightly uncomfortable for my hand, at least offered excellent precision for fine movements. This mouse, however, falls short in every aspect and I cannot recommend it under any circumstances.

    細かい作業がやりづらい。慣れの問題かも知れないけれど狙ったところにピタリと止めるのに苦労している。使い始めて半年ほど経つけど。持ちやすいというか、マウスに手を乗せやすい。本体が軽いのでもっと重いほうが操作しやすくなると思う。
