    Make those jars pop open!
    That salsa jar was so tight it made the arthritis in my hands ache. I tried everything, tapping the lid, hot water, etc. So, that night, I ordered this set. It came a couple days later. When I used the large flat round one there was still some slippage, so I used the one that looks like a large nut cracker. There was a loud pop, and the jar opened immediately. Since then I have used the set for one tight jar or another. Every one of them opened with relative ease. (Did I mention cheap? They were inexpensive.)

    This is a great set. I’d bought another brand for myself at a close out sale. When an elderly friend complained about opening bottles I ordered this set for her. I liked this set so much better that replaced the original purchase with one of these.

    I bought this for my mom and her two sisters and they loved them because it helped them opening jars and soda bottles it’s nice to have that extra leverage . I also got my uncle one also in a different color

    For everyone!
    I will say that this is not only for those with weak hands, are seniors or arthritis. I have had some jars that my children, who are quite fit and strong, could not open. It’s a grip, hand size of jar that is an issue. This device is great and works well on the first try. Enjoy it! And the food you can eat from the jar, too!

    WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!! GREAT for ceramic glass lids!
    I never thought I would be SO excited over jar and bottle openers! Yeah…kind of an unnatural emotionally kind of sick, isn’t it?! When my excitement was THIS simple, I really started to do a self examination to check my mental capacity, too. BUT…I FIND THAT I’M IN FINE CAPACITY SHAPE! Wreck your hands a few times, dent the lids a few times, while you try to release the gorilla grip on a jar of pickles or applesauce or whatever…and you get to the point where you think you’re going to have to hire a handyman to come help if you’re an inadequate, living alone or with another inadequate.THESE TOOLS WORK INCREDIBLY WELL! ESPECIALLY for ceramic lids…like those black ceramic jars used for make-up or herbs or organic seeds…as I had one that would NOT budge. You can’t use teeth on ceramic, as I’m sure you’d guess, and I had to find something that could work. Stumbling on this product, it made sense that it should work…and YES, IT WORKS!!!

    They work quite well as long as you are able to apply some pressure, I have arthritis in my hands,they do enable me to open some jars etc.
