Super Fun Starter Golf Set
I bought this pre-emptively for my now 15 month old, despite it saying ages 2+. My husband and my mom are big into golf and I thought, if nothing else, it would be cute to see him carrying around the little golf clubs. That said, I had not idea what a HIT this item would be. Not only does he “practice” swinging with the assistance of my husband (I’m not sure who enjoys this more haha) but he just loves carrying the club and the “bag” around with him. He also enjoys setting out the little flags around the lawn. Based on how much fun he is having already when he is not even really using the set as intended, I can’t wait to watch him grow into this set.As for the set itself, it is just very cute and comprehensive; I am not a golf expert but I am not sure what else you could possibly want in a first (pseudo) set of golf clubs. It has an inherently very cheap plastic but feel and look but as a kids set, this doesn’t bother me in the least, especially since I know he is going to literally drag it around outside. As long as you aren’t looking for something super legitimate looking and feeling, there is no reason I can think of why anyone would not love this for their kid(s).

Well-made Introduction to the World’s most Frustrating Sport
This set is really well-made in comparison to others in the same size and style meant for toddlers to have their own set of clubs, both for smacking anything and everything, and getting introduced to the game of golf. What I liked about this set, especially the bag/cart is that it’s made well, as far as the thickness of the plastic goes. Some feel like they’ll split or dent, but this actually feels heavy enough to withstand a toddler’s activities. The clubs are fine for a toddler. They aren’t properly weighted or realistic by any means but giving them something in the rough shape of what they’ll one day hopefully use to shape a beautiful shot, sink a great putt, and hopefully hit a fairway or two, is a great start. The flag cups are a nice touch., although there isn’t really anywhere to store them. The golf balls come in two colors, green and white. 3 will snap into the storage caddy part and the others will have to go inside the bag, or just wherever you store toys. The has a nice handle to use, as well as the strap, and is the right size for them to carry, pull, drag, etc. It’s a great introduction and built well enough that it should last a while without being destroyed but also reasonable enough for them to enjoy, then give to the next one on the way.
