Get this!! It also works with Canister Vacuum Cleaners. Read on…Needed to vacuum above kitchen cabinets and hard to reach dust collection spaces. Carrying the vacuum in one (1) hand and the hose in the other up a ladder is a bit harrowing and energy zapping. Apply a little heat to the strained muscle and think through the issue in order to continue the job…and you get a weedeater sling. Wrap and secure webbing around the canister vacuum handle and you get two (2) hands for climbing the ladder slowly and carefully with a dangling vacuum and hose. Once in place, two (yes 2!) hands to grab, lift, and maneuver the hose. No moments of almost falling off a ladder or strained muscles. Mission Accomplished, and a job well done I’m happy to say!!Looking forward to using with the weedeater next… 🙂

Comfortable
This replaced the canvas sling that came with my Stihl trimmer. I can’t even begin to describe how much better this sling is. Not only is the rubber material more comfortable around my neck, it helps reduce the vibration which is a big deal for me as I suffer from cervical stenosis. I paired this with the vibration dampeners and am very happy with the reduced overall vibration.If you’re looking for a comfortable sling for your weed eater, I highly recommend this one!

After recently purchasing a new electric weed eater that wound up being extremely heavy and awkward for me to use, I decided to try a shoulder strap to alleviate some of the strain of using the trimmer. It definitely helped! The flexible rubber strap was more comfortable than I expected it would be, but it still took most of the morning to get it adjusted where it was most comfortable. I’m 5′-8″ and medium build, and I wish it had about 2″ more of adjustment in it without feeling like it’s suffocating me. However, I was able to edge my entire yard this weekend without straining my bad shoulder.

Weed eater strap
This is a second purchase for me my first strap is still being used, and has held up great for 3 years, it’s on a Stihl….. just purchased a battery operated greenworks weedeater, and had to have the BEST strap available for it……it’s comfortable, adjustable, it has slots cut in it to make it lighter, and keep it for being hot in the sun. The material of the strap does not slip while on your shoulder…..

Too long for EGO leaf blower
Strap was thick and strong but it was too long to support the leaf blower (EGO) I was using. Might work okay for the specific trimmer it was made for. Seemed comfortable but couldn’t really test it at full load.

Works on Honda trimmer
I have a 2002 Honda HHT31S trimmer. The original strap was getting kind of crusty. This strap fits perfect and holds position. On my original strap the pad would slide off my shoulder. The way this strap is designed the new rubber pad can not move. It also has a tiny bit of springyness to it that I like. The old pad was pretty rigid. It looks well made. It’s plenty long enough. I’m 6’5″ 280lbs and it’s still has room to adjust it longer. My original strap was just a tiny bit short maxed out. My dad is 6’9″ and it would work for him no problem. Good job limbsaver.
