    Just what I was looking for. Perfect for weeding in between my flower beds and seedlings. Was worried it would be poor quality at the price point, but it performs well in the garden.

    Decent Tool with a Major Design Flaw
    I gave this product three stars because while there are definitely things to like, there’s one key issue that really affects usability.Starting with the positives — it arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward and took just a few minutes with no additional tools required, which is always appreciated (note that you need to twist the extension pieces to screw them into the handle). The long handle is a standout feature. If you’ve got back issues or just prefer not to bend over constantly while working in the yard, this will definitely help. It’s a nice height and feels sturdy when in use, so in that regard, it does what it says it will.That said, the big downside is the design of the prongs. They’re flat on the end rather than pointed, which seriously limits how easily the tool can break through compact or clay-heavy soil. You end up having to use more force than you should for a tool like this. For light weeding or breaking up loose soil, it’s fine. But if you’re trying to really aerate a tougher garden bed or dig in harder ground, it becomes more of a chore than it needs to be.In my opinion, simply sharpening or angling the prongs would take this from a 3-star tool to a solid 5-star. It’s frustrating because the rest of the design — especially the long handle and ease of use — shows real thought and potential.Bottom line: it’s a decent addition to your garden toolset for lighter tasks, but not quite up to the challenge for more serious digging or loosening. If the manufacturer tweaks the prong design, I’d gladly upgrade my rating.
