No More Sharp Edges
When my daughter was a toddler, she got her hand stuck in a can that was disposed of in the garbage. It was the scariest thing. Since then each time I open a can, I would crush the can down so that it is flat. Well, I searched for an inexpensive can opener on Amazon and found this one. It opens the can from the inside, so the top comes off completely and no sharp edges on the can or top to cut fingers. It’s wonderful! It is manual, but it works for me, as I don’t frequently open canned foods.

Easy to use can opener!
I’ve been using a pampered chef can opener for years! I bought this one to have a 2nd one in the kitchen. Works perfect and it works better and smoother than I thought it would for the price.

Waste of money
It worked great the first 2 times I used it and then it stopped working. It punctures the side of the can and then the handle just spins and spins. The only thing magic about it is the speed at which it pisses me off every time I try to use it. I give up, it’s going in the trash.

Life expectancy
This can opener works good enough, but it’s going to be for a limited time. Everytime it gets used, it gets looser. Great coming out of the gate but not much for stamina!

Most important that its sturdy and open cans as it should…
…and that’s exactly what it does! I had an opener similiar to this one and it lasted umpteen years, until my41 yr. old son came over and forgot his strength and broke it! I came on Amazon and found this Gem!! Evenmy son was impressed at how sturdy it is! Der Öffner ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und erfüllt den Zweck, Dosen zu öffen, problemlos. Er ist sein Geld auf jeden Fall wert. Auf der Rückseite der Verpackung ist die Nutzung erklärt, falls man nicht gleich darauf kommt, dass man den Öffner von oben und nicht seitlich ansetzen muss.

Had one of these for years and it was starting to struggle with a tin of kidney beans , so after a few tears I bit the bullet and ordered a new one . OMG I should have binned the other years ago . Things had been not right for a while , I started to recall cursing it when I fancied some quick tomatoes on toast. Quick !! Not with that blunt old bit of kit. I’ve not looked back with the new one and my diet has been largely tin based recently as it’s just such a pleasure to use . Magi tin opener highly recommend
