Great product, great customer support!
I have two points to make.First the can opener itself is fantastic. This is the second one that I have purchased. I bought the first one for my mother in law who is 91 years old and wants to stay in her house. This is the only can opener that we have found that she is able to easily use. We have tried others that were supposed to be easy for seniors to use. It’s easy for her to just set it on top of the can and push the button.My second point has to do with this seller’s customer service. These guys are great! After about 9 months of nearly daily use my mother in law’s can opener broke. I contacted the seller and got a response almost right away. They were quick to get a replacement shipped out and we had it in about 2 days. They even apologized for not having the same silver color as the original which we didn’t even care about. I would never hesitate to buy from this seller again! Thanks for the exceptional support!

Turns out to be an excellent product!!
I almost didnt order this opener due to the customer feedback. However, since it was returnable, I decided to give it a shot. Turns out to be excellent!! Currently, my regular can opener was not working well so I was looking for a solutuion that didnt leave uncut pieces that I had to pry off. This opener is simple and so far works every time. It stops promptly when I push the button as advertised. It opens the sides of the top vs the interior top but that works just fine. I would highly recommend it based upon several weeks of heavy use. It solved a bery annoying problem!!

Only used it once on a small can. The lid stayed on the can opener and continued to run. I had a little difficulty getting the machine to stop. It did work well otherwise.

Very sharp customer service!
Bought this can opener 3 months ago. Worked great! Our older hands do not want to crank a can opener all day long. Then all of a sudden it wouldn’t turn off. Called and explained the issue, the person immediately offered to send a replacemant free of any charge. It showed up in 2 days, they didn’t even want the old one back. Great, friendly service and it comes with a nice manual too. Kudos to them!

– innovative one touch technology- i have never had an easier time opening a can and i don’t think it can get any easier than this. you merely have to put the device on top of the lid of the can, and it does everything from there. you don’t have to hold the can or even move. this is life changing
