Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked the look & style of this can opener.Can opener:I have been frustrated with various manual can openers I have bought so I decided to locate one like my folks had for years. This unit works great & is really easy to use. I can’t speak to its longevity, but I’m really happy with it at this moment.

Opens cans with ease and does not take up space.
I am really enjoying this can opener, a lot more than I thought I would. It has precise “cutting” of cans and makes it so easy to open the can and grab the lid. There are also no sharp edges once the lid is opened and the can opener has a magnet to “grab” the lid. I love having the knife sharpener on the back, and the cord storage as well as bottle opener are so helpful! It does not take up much space on my counter and gets used all the time. My husband loves canned soup and I love canned green beans as a snack, so the opener is always handy and ready.

I’ve been using the POHL SCHMITT Electric Can Opener for a couple of weeks and I’m really happy with it. It opens standard cans quickly and effortlessly – just press the lever and let it do the work. No need to struggle or strain your hands.I also love that it includes a built-in knife sharpener and bottle opener. The knife sharpener works surprisingly well for a small kitchen device, and the bottle opener is handy to have right there.It’s compact and looks nice on my kitchen counter without taking up too much space. I think it’s a great option for anyone, especially if you have arthritis or limited hand strength.The only small downside is the noise when it’s running, but it doesn’t last long, so it’s not a big deal.Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend it as a multi-use kitchen essential.

Disappointed
The product arrived quickly and looks just like the picture. I was wanting to love this can opener. My complaint is that it does not cut with a smooth top like my old Hamilton Beach. It is great quality but it cuts the old fashioned way with the lid cut with sharp edges but the can itself is smooth. Still have to remove the sharp lid from the magnet. I guess I am missing something when the description states that “safe hands-free disposal”.

This product is like all in one !! I know its can opener but i think the most me and my husband use is actually the bottle opener 😂 cz it was just nice we know where its at unlike the small bottle opener that you would forget somewhere! Also the can opener is very sharp and easy to use i have several can opener and hate it when sometimes its not open correctly. And plus it has jnife sharpener like what ? Its really worth it to buy . I hve very small kitchen and i love not to store 3 item separately , this thing is pretty small and pretty .

First electric can opener I have ever had. So easy to use and opens the cans so cleanly without jagged edges.It comes with a bottle opener, knife sharpener, and cord storage (all three are great bonus features) .So stable and has a magnetic lid holder which is helpful with clean up. The stainless steal finish looks great in my kitchen, so I’m happy to leave it on the counter, (easy access).Definately not going back to a manual can opener! If you open cans, you need this!!!
