Great mouse
Works as it should. Definitely an upgrade from my wired mouse. I use it with my PS5 on various games from Fortnite to CoD, and most other games that support MnK. I use the computer program to edit buttons and they still save when you plug into the PS5 so no worrying if itll save or not

Updated review: the company reached out to me and offered to resolve my issue for me and they did! I really appreciate them taking the time to keep me satisfied with my purchase. The mouse is really good quality it was just the cord it came with that was the issue.I purchased this mouse 3 months ago and I love the mouse itself and how my hand rests on it. I specifically needed a mouse with a pinky rest and this one is perfect. Sadly here I am only 3 months later and the wire is giving out. It’s like it’s disconnecting mid game for a few seconds then reconnects. Now I can only use it for charging purposes since it has the usb connector but it’s inconvenient worrying about the mouse dying mid rank game. And just worrying about having to make sure the mouse is charged in general. And I only game maybe 5-10hours a week so not a lot of use for the wire to be giving out already.

Purchased about 3.5 yrs ago. This week would not say charged and then quit working all together. I really did like how my hand set on it, very comfortable. Personally don’t care about the color lights, but they do work. Just wished it lasted longer!

Why pay more?
(IMPORTANT: For every single redragon product – b4 you buy – make sure to go to one of their websites and try and download the software for the item you’re thinking bout getting since it seems none of the products come with any CDs n such. Sometimes the downloads work, sometimes it wont and it’ll have an unrecognizable file that wont allow any installation at all without some weird work around to make it work… and sometimes doing all that even wont work. I originally bought the wired vampire version but the file was never correct for me no matter where i downloaded it from. Luckily, they have a wireless version of it but it ALSO comes with the cable to make it perm. wired (what i prefer) and same exact everything else. Downloaded that software and boom, no problems. THEN i ordered the wireless version and returned the wired one. And in case ur wondering, no, the wireless version software that did install correctly didnt recognize the wired version of the m720 despite it being identical in every way except having a wirless option. I also downloaded a keyboard version b4 buying and when that was successful, THEN i bought the keyboard. Both work perfectly, yes)- My hands: Large – more specifically —> I wear the large size gloves. Not extra large, not medium.. large. Now you know my actual hand size instead of someone just saying what they think they have.- Fits my hand perfectly.- As everyone has said – yes, the 3rd side button furthest from your body is indeed a button you need to slide a bit forward to hit (im cool with that as i always only need two side buttons on my mouse, so i use that 3rd one for things in games that’s not super clutch needed. Ex: In WoW i use that button to cast my line to fish.)- Top has that ‘nice touch feeling’ you get with the top name brand mice.- Adjustable colors (not superrrr in depth, but it gets the job done)- Soft textured mouse wheel- Program allows you to set what the mouse buttons will become (even can add your own macros)- Not too heavy not too light (no adjustable weights. m720 has adjustable weights)- It’s clicks are not loud. I’d say theyre normal. I find the loud clicking mice tend to be those super cheap ones for like 10 bucks or that are combo’d with a keyboard. Now, if you want a real quiet clicking mouse, try the Microsoft Ergonomic Mouse Black – it’s like 35-40$. I WAS using that one but then its right mouse clicker button started to not read every time.. I’d have to either press it on its edges for it to work every time, but anytime in the middle it’d not read it unless i pressed hard(er) (i press my buttons extremely lightly so maybe it’d work for you.- I’d take Redragon over Razer any day. Razer has been getting worse and worse with its software invading your privacy every year and razer products tend to give out after a year of owning it, yet you pay 80$+ and yet the cheaper stuff lasts longer.. Funny huh?

Good for arthritic hands.
I have tried about 20 different mice in the last 2 years and this is the only one I found that does not make my thumb and finger ache. I have arthritis and this mouse is slightly wider than most and also slightly longer which fits my hand. I wear a medium size glove in most and occasionally a large glove. It has a rubber pad on the side to help with grip and fits in to the palm of my hand. Exactly the way my hand lays on a desktop and therefore no pressure to irritate my thumb, forefinger or joints on my hand. It is also very accurate and no problems putting the cursor where I want it. With the adjustments it can work the way you want it to. Love this mouse.

Big hands celebrate
I bought this because I have large hands and I get cramps from regular gaming mouse. It’s very comfortable and after adjusting sensitivity it’s performing much better than my previous mouse. Good battery, good clickers.

Por desgracia he tenido un pequeño imprevisto con el ratón, ya que dejó de funcionar sin motivo alguno pero el servicio de atención al cliente se han comportado de 10. Me respondieron rápidamente y me dieron solución sin ningún impedimento, mandándome otro ratón.El ratón es espectacular, su ergonómia es perfecta (por lo menos para mí, ya que se me duerme la mano con facilidad la y gracias a la posición de este ratón, he reducido mucho dicha molestia), tiene los botones suficientes para poner con macros y disfrutar de los juegos a tu gusto, el tacto es perfecto, muy buen acabado y rgb suficiente para darle el toque que quieres.Recomiendo mucho el ratón y la marca Reddragon!!!!

I bought this mouse to accompany my new gaming PC and the mouse is great. Despite that I have had a few issues with the mouse, the customer service team have been impeccable, they have communicated really well and quickly trying to address the issues with the device. Since it could not be resolved, they have sent out a brand new mouse at no charge and been very honest and decent in their approach.The mouse itself, while it had a few issues, is very good, has a good choice for customisation, and the buttons feel strong and well designed. It fits well ergonomically too and is generally a really good product. My one was just a faulty batch and the customer service team have done amazingly to rectify the issue.
