   More functions than my patients allow for.
   I went through three of another cheaper brand and finally broke down and paid the higher price, but I have to say it has been worth the money. Cousin Vinny would describe the accuracy as ” Dead on balls accurate” as the calibration is great. One thing to watch is the side button are overly sensative to my paw, but it could be due to a loss of feeling in my hands, though it is comfortable to grip. It has more functions than a typical old man will ever use and my grandson tried explaining them all to me, but I told him it does what I need it to.

   AWESOME MOUSE!!
   I got the M814 mouse and have had it for about a week now. I haven’t had to charge it even once yet and it’s awesome!! I’ve been using the crap out of it and it’s perfect! First impressions out of the box everyone was talking about how heavy it is but I was surprised that it was not that heavy. Maybe that’s just me. The lights are awesome I can customize it to my liking and the macro settings work super well. It has a super nice feel and I don’t think I can ever go back to my old mouse. It is a perfect size for my medium sized hands but my girlfriend has used it also and she has small hands and she loves it too. The grip on the side and the thumb rest both feel super good. The customizable DPI is super useful and the software is really easy to use. In order to use the software plug the mouse into the computer via the usb that came with it. Overall this mouse has outdone all the other mice that I have used. For reference I play Destiny 2 and Minecraft with it mostly.

   Great functionality & even better customer service.
   This is my 3rd Redragon mouse, and I have also purchased a Redragon keyboard. I was disappointed this mouse would not hold much of a charge, even though my other two mice did not have any problems, despite being older.I reached out to Redragon, showed them my receipt & picture of the mice with serial numbers, & I promptly received a replacement mouse within a week of reaching out to them. I really appreciate their prompt & courteous service, and will continue to be a customer. Thank you!

   Nice gaming mouse
   Really good gaming mouse and also good for day to day work. I work an office job and it does great for me there as well. I like the ergonomics and button options are really convenient when mapped correctly.

   As good as a mouse twice its cost!
   Really surprised by this mouse. My favorite mouse ever has been the Corsair M65. After my last one broke for some reason I didn’t replace it (cost or out of stock, can’t remember). Ended up buying this Redragon since the price was right. If feels remarkably similar to the M65 but isn’t a clear copy or anything. Feels good in the hand. The battery life is plenty for me and will easily last nearly week without a charge during normal use (and works fine plugged in anyway). Highly recommended!

   Faulty Gaming Mouse
   Serious question for you:How many times is it acceptable for a gaming mouse to do one of the following during a gaming session:Disconnect, Shut Down, Stutter, change its own frequency, turn itself off while using?If your answer is once every hour 3-4 times in 10 seconds each time. Then this mouse is for you.The real answer though: Is ZERO.This mouse, out of the box fails to do what a mouse is supposed to do, and that is work seemlessly. I spend half my time playing games fighting this mouse more than my enemy, be it an RTS or a shooter.This thing sucks, sure it makes pretty lights, but what is the point when it can’t do its basic job? I will be chucking this thing out and buying a better quality mouse.I refuse to use this company brand ever again.
