The Tru Pro sliding mitt is a great protective wear for both baseball and softball. With the hardened exterior on both above and underneath the glove, it gives further protection to players’ hands from the pressure of a baseman’s foot. The elastic strap allows the hand to easily slip in and slip out along with tighten it to the player’s comfort.

Not just for baseball
My son is an offensive lineman for his school team. He broke 2 fingers a week apart during the season. The ortho doc wanted him to play in a club but his team had no trainer to tape him before games and practices. This was our solution. It was perfect. The doc was happy. Coach was happy. My daughter plays travel ball and always steals bases sliding head first, was really worried about her hand getting stepped on by metal cleats or jamming her fingers, I got her this sliding mitt and it was a great investment. Bought this product for myself since I tend to slide a good amount during my baseball games. Gave this product a shot last night and absolutely loved it! Fit really well (true to size), made with solid quality so it will hold up, and didn’t have any doubt in my mind it wouldn’t keep my hand safe from being stepped on while sliding into one of the bases.
