I hate sight tapes
This was the first year that I bought a brand new bow for the current year. So I decided to splurge on my entire set up to get my perfect bow. For about the last 7 years, I have been using an HHA optimizer lite. I have absolutely loved the single pins with a “floater” pin since I first found out about them. My bow can go up to 65 pounds, but my second pin is almost perfectly on the 35 yard mark, so I think I will sacrifice the 2-3 extra pounds for that since I dont typically hunt in areas where I would have to take a shot longer than 35 yeards. I also love the little stop that you put on the yardage bar to keep you from going below 20 yards, that really helps when resetting your sight in the dark on a morning hunt. My only gripe about the sight is the same one that I have for every single moveable sight, THE STUPID SIGHT TAPES. Someone needs to come up with a better solution than that, but until that happens, theres nothing we can do about it. Other than sight tapes, the sight is amazing and I would definitely buy it over again if I had to.

Great, great sight!
This for me is the perfect balance of dovetail, spott hogg durability and weight. If you want something like the Hogg Father but on a little diet this will do the trick. Balances great on my Mathews Vertix. Take your time sighting in and get your windage and elevation right @20 yds. Then get your tape on and walk it back out to 60. What I found after sighting this sight in several times with diff weights and brands of arrows, I will either make a tick mark w a pen on the calibration tape at 30, 40, 50 and 60. It helps if you have to change something. Helps with not losing arrows as well. I have also cut a long narrow sliver off of a UPS label and put that on the caibration tape as well and made tick marks at every 10 yards when I thought I was good at that yardage. Then I can peel that off, make sure the tape is long enough to go before 20 all the way past the 100 mark. Then I can ly that down next to the tapes that come with the sight, and it makes it more accurate then just picking the number. But overall, a great sight! Love it.

Love this sight!
After the tedious task of determining the right site tape, this sight is ROCK solid! Accurate and easy to adjust. Love the dovetail mount, which makes it easy to remove sight for transport. One negative is difficulty mounting quiver with the external dovetail thumbscrew. They do include a set screw to use in place of thumbscrew to solve this, but need Allen wrench to remove this. Stand-offs would be a great addition to this package to mount quiver. Overall fantastic sight though.

MISSING PARTS
The base and the housing are perfect. Even came with the new mathews QD windage/3rd axis bracket. This particular scope is setup to use the windage rod and bracket. Problem is, I got no mounting solution. No windage rod or bracket. I literally can’t mount the scope to the body. They also didn’t send the direct mount bracket so mount it to the QD 3rd axis bracket.I’ve contacted the seller and the manufacturer to no avail so far. Will update if either of them decide to make it right.***UPDATE 1/15/23***Got ahold of Spot Hogg and they made it right, right away. The seller sucked, I could never get a response in any of the ways they say to on amazon. Called and never got an answer after 7 attempts. Called their retail outlet, got the run around and finally someone took my number and no one ever called. The product is spectacular now the Spot Hogg made it right, I wish I were rating the seller and not the item because I’d roast them.

Best Bow sight I have even had!
If you are debating on the .019 or the .010 pins, I went with the .010 added the light add I have zero issues seeing the pins in any light condition. The smaller pins have made my groups tighter at further distances. I also went with the dovetail mount and ran it out until the outer scope housing fits perfectly inside of my peep. It took all the guess work out lining up my shot…. I can’t say enough good things about it…. Make sure you spend time sightings it in tho, make sure you are dead on at 20. & 60!

They’re really nice.
Buy once… cry once. Best sight I’ve owned so far. Make sure you adjust all the thumb screws to be tight when you want them to be. If it’s loose you won’t be accurate.I’m thinking the 2nd axis on this sight is not a true second axis adjustment however. Since the adjustment is after the slider bar you have a good possibility there that if your riser is not parallel to your string when you adjust out to 100 you have the potential for l/r misses. Just a thought. Trying it today.
