Exactly as described! This tool greatly facilitates the extraction of wine corks and outperforms a range of cheaper and marginally adequate corkscrews. This is a great tool for wrists that are turning arthritic. The enclosed foil removal tool was an unexpected and delightful PLUS.

This corkscrew works great to open wine bottles. The simple method of twisting the handle until the cork is free from the bottle is easy to do and because its manual, no batteries to replace or charge! This is one case where manual works better than the electric version. This wine opener functions as stated and is a great value for the money.

Worm shreds the cork and cork not visible during extraction process so cannot see that that is happening. Not a good corkscrew, at all.

I like this wine opener fairly easy to use and get the cork out of the bottle, people with arthritis or sore hands may not like this due to the small hand for turning, but an old pro like me it’s perfect wine opener!!! Cheers enjoy your wine!!!

This is the easiest (non electric) opener I’ve ever used, the only resyfor not giving 5 stars is because I’ve only owned it for a week, and the plastic body makes me wonder how long it will last. It works very well I wonder how I’ve gone all these years using the typical corkscrew opener. This is so simple to use, never have to worry again about slipping while trying to open a stubborn cork.

There was no foil cutter with the product- even though it was indicated as part of the instructions. Also…feels like it may not stand the test of time. I have only used it once and wasn’t overly impressed. I will try a few more times but may return it and find another option.
